Oysters, sustainable hor d’oeuvres, live music, silent auction, wine? Sounds like a great night out! Join us at Berkeley’s David Brower Center on November 8th for Bubbles & Bivalves and help us celebrate our 20th Anniversary!
We are so thrilled to have the opportunity to come together with friends, supporters, and fellow environmental leaders who are passionate about making our Bay more resilient, and who know how to have a great time while doing so! Bubbles & Bivalves is a fun event that gives back to our community, making our incredible programming possible with your support.
The evening will feature plentiful fresh oysters (the “Bivalves” of the evening!) in celebration of our Wild Shorelines efforts to restore natural oyster habitat to the San Francisco Bay. Our non-oyster eaters can enjoy delicious food from top Bay Area restaurants, all while sipping on wine, beer, and champagne (here come the “Bubbles”!) We will dance to local live musicians and bid on silent auction items generously donated from local businesses.
This event is all about celebration – both of The Watershed Project, but most importantly, the supporters and volunteers who make our work possible. For twenty years, we have been inspired by the creative energy of Bay Area residents who passionately believe in sustainable, resilient watersheds. Thank you all for twenty years of support, and join us in ushering in two more decades of restoration, education, and community stewardship.
