Coastal Cleanup Day 2023 is around the corner and The Watershed Project is inviting sponsors to join us to make this year’s event a continued – and even bigger – success! The annual community cleanup provides a fun and engaging opportunity to join millions of people all over the world in demonstrating love for our watery planet. Join in the satisfaction of seeing a trash-clogged beach or creek in your neighborhood restored to a safe and inviting place for people and wildlife to enjoy.
Spend the morning with your friends, neighbors, and other local businesses, making a concrete difference and knowing that communities all around the world are doing their part too. Cleanup results are tallied and fed into databases that affect local and global policies!
As County Coordinators for Coastal Cleanup Day events throughout Contra Costa County, The Watershed Project trains and supports a network of people and organizations to lead cleanups in their local communities, anchored by our main event at Shimada Friendship Park in Richmond.
With your support, we can expand this network of watershed champions to host cleanups in additional areas that need some love! As a sponsor, your company will receive a number of benefits, depending on your level of participation, including:
Event naming
Event banner positioning
Name/Logo on Event poster
Special event sponsor T-shirt
Logo in TWP pre- and post-event newsletters and social media
Logo on Coastal Cleanup 2023 event page on TWP’s website, and on 2023 supporters page
